The New Green Acres RV Park is just off I-95 at the SC exit 53. The sites are nestled up under tall pines and the land is pretty low and we avoid going there if it’s raining or expected to rain overnight. The exit has some easy places to go and eat or get fuel. The parking sites at the RV Park are very long and mostly require little to no leveling. For us that was the big advantage of staying there because all we had to do is put down our rear stabilizers, put the sides out and hook up to the utilities and CATV. Normally we selected a 30 amp FHU site with CATV. Unless it was expected to be very cold/hot we don’t need the extras 20 amps on an overnighter.
When we first stayed at this RV Park it costs - with discounts - less than $18.00 for a site with 30 amp FHU & CATV. On our way home to SC this year the same site cost us $30.00. We will no longer stop there. If there were great improvements to the sites such as pavement and patios the large percentage increase might be - someway - justified, but for the overnighter nothing has improved. We have already found another CG and will test it out on our way south in a month or two.
Here are some pictures of the parking area. They were taken at various stop over’s. The awning on our trailer has been replaced and the new one is maroon. So the pictures with the white one are the oldest.

Typical site size..
Some people do winter here. These are pictures of such rigs and the great size of their sites.
Another Everest pulled in while we were setting-up so I went over to talk with them. They were just visiting in the area and don't do the internet so may never see this picture of their rig.
